One of the biggest challenges in our lives is to set boundaries. Most of us are well familiar with this challenge, as it appears in so many fields of our lives. Where do I draw the line between work and personal life? How big should my lunch be? Which part of my personal life am I sharing with my surroundings? What should I keep to myself? What is my shopping profile? How many of the items I buy do I actually use? How much waste am I producing? 

When it comes to well-being habits, the boundaries become even more blurry. So many small things we do without even noticing, end up determining the quality of our healthy habits. The time and place we use our mobiles are also a component of our well-being, and it’s no secret that an appropriate usage could benefit us bigtime, but inappropriate usage can cause some real damage. 

“Oh no, don’t tell me to put my phone away, not again”. So no, this isn’t our point at all. What we want to suggest is an alternative, which sets the boundary clearly, yet balanced. We believe you can reduce the health damage caused by your phone and charger, yet enjoy its benefits.
