Elvy warranty terms
Elvy Chargers have a 1-year warranty.
We will replace your device at our expense if you receive a faulty device or if your Elvy Charger stops working within the first year.
How do I activate my warranty?
Your product warranty needs to be registered on our website within two months of purchase.
What if I received a faulty device?
Please let us know at hello@elvy.ai. We will get back to you as soon as possible and cover the shipping costs.
What is the best way to get a new Elvy under warranty?
Email us first and we will send you the return address. Send us your old Elvy and we will send you a new one. If it was damaged in delivery or is faulty, we pay the shipping.
30-night trial and refunds
Every Elvy order comes with a 30-night trial. If it is not right for you, email hello@elvy.ai within 30 nights of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, a $10 return-shipping fee is deducted from the refund (US and international). Damaged or faulty items: no fee. Full details in our refund policy.
In any case of misuse, alteration or modification elvy.ai Ltd will not be liable.
Elvy shipping policy
Orders ship within 1-2 business days after full payment.
Estimated delivery time: USA 5-7 days. Outside the USA: up to 15 days. Free shipping on every US order. International: $15-$25 flat rate, free on 2+ units. Import duties or taxes may apply outside the US.
We will update you during shipment. Customer service is always available at hello@elvy.ai. If something arrives damaged, please tell us right away.
