During your journey towards a better healthy well-being, you will probably experience some difficulties and as well as victories. Trying to add a new habit to your existing set of habits (or change one of them) takes courage, persistence and dedication.

One of the best ways to maintain your process is to describe the trend line correctly, and to be authentic regarding your feelings at each stage. Try to communicate your struggles to your closest environment, but remember to also celebrate your milestones! You can choose them on your own, whenever you feel it’s right.
