Tip #16: A feminist’s sleep

Once upon a time, there was an interesting assumption… About women having super-powers that don't require sleeping. “How does she do it?”, “It’s like her day has 28 hours” etc.

Well, we @elvy just wanted to remind you that you’re a wonder-woman even if you take a nap, or choose to go to sleep earlier today. What would science look like if Marie Curie was too tired to research radioactivity? What would fashion be like if Coco Chanel was so tired that instead of a clothing shop she would’ve opened a pillow shop? And where would our society be if Oprah Winfrey was sleep deprived and too tired to host her show?

When someone tells you to never give up on your dreams, it’s not just about your aspirations. Make sure you dedicate enough time for real dreaming, resting, refreshing and taking care of your health, because we’ll surely need these super-powers in the future, too.
