Tip #44: It's better when we're together

Starting a process of changing habits in our lives, while embracing a healthier lifestyle, might be tough when we do it on our own. Personally, I find it helpful to choose a friend and commit we’re doing something together. Then, we actually open a specific chat just for that challenge, and there we can share all thoughts, difficulties, surprises and moments of success.

There are more ways to engage social skills into your overall effort. Some find themselves more in a group-kind-of-thing, where the members share more experiences and there’s massive support almost at all times. Others are more quiet and prefer their own peace to deal with challenges, for them, a notebook or notes on your phone can be just what you need.

The thing is, that you shouldn’t go through tough changes on your own. You can navigate between different solutions and choose your path at every point of the way.
