Tip #41: Sleep is just like nutrition, for real

 

Over the past few decades we all got overloaded with information regarding nutrition. We all started our nutrition journey with self preferences, this we are almost addicted to, things we would never put in our plate, and everything that’s in between. They were all part of our awareness. Yet when it comes to sleep it seems to be much harder to embrace the same approach.

Well, this time our tip is to start thinking about sleep just like you think about food. If you have certain preferable hours, treat them like an opportunity to have your favorite meal. If your bed isn’t comfortable, take care of it just like you would’ve taken care of lack of plates, forks and knives. The scientific field already treats sleep as a main component of our well being, without a one-size-fits-all approach, and we believe that changing the audience approach is a part of our mission.
