Well, it’s no secret that habit adjustments take time. And probably most of you feel like you have something to upgrade or improve in your sleep hygiene. I’ll tell you a secret, so do I. Sometimes when I think about the changes I still want to apply in my wellness routine, I get the feeling of doing something else. Actually, anything else. Yet I know that the best decision I can make is to simply start. It won’t be perfect, It won’t happen overnight. But it will happen through a few nights, and a few become many before we really notice. So, don’t start tomorrow, don’t even start today, start yesterday. Tomorrow will already be better.
