In 2022, approximately 60% of the American population reported having sleeping difficulties, most of them also reported they don’t dream as they used to.
What is it about dreams that makes them important, if so?

We @Elvy consider 2023 as a new opportunity to dream, to improve our sleep and provide your dreams with the chance they need, your mind with the rest it needs.

Here are 3 choices you can make right now to improve your starting point:

  1. Schedule your sleep and respect that decision. Just today, other things can wait for tomorrow, and if not, try to finish them earlier. Practice your prioritizing skills with the sleep component included. Synchronizing your sleep cycles can help your body help itself while resting, releasing essential hormones at the right time and upgrading your next upcoming day.
  2. Adjust your bedroom to the conditions you prefer: when it comes to temperature and humidity, your preference is the new law (well, of course, find the conditions to match your partner’s expectations, as they are an inseparable part of your bedroom conditions). While sleeping, our body is working hard to renew and heal micro damages caused along the day, the perfect physical conditions are more than helpful in this case.
  3. Take care of the comfortness of your sleeping environment. Make sure you have a good pillow, and a nice comfort and supporting mat. Your body probably gets the most of its rest during the night, let’s make it as good as can be.
