We’ve gathered some tips we found useful and practical for this important period of time, when you’re adjusting to a change in your sleeping habits. 

We chose the first tip to be adding breathing exercises into your daily routine.
Different breathing templates and techniques, with long exhales in particular, have shown a great impact in the reduction of anxiety and improving sleeping quality. Furthermore, breathing exercises can contribute to releasing mental and physical tension. Breathing exercises can be practiced anytime, anywhere, making this tip one of our Elvy’s favorite tips. 

Advanced: practicing breathing exercises before falling asleep might even help you fall asleep faster.
