Tip #57: A biohacker’s vacation

 

Upgrade your vacation time to clear your mind through development. Undoubtedly, vacations are about taking a moment to rest, refresh and have fun (which are all extremely important to our cognitive function), yet I find it can be even more meaningful. Personally, I would recommend you to engage thoughtful experiences into your vacation schedule, that can levitate your creating thinking and refresh your point of view. It can be about renewing forces regarding a project you’ve been working on for a while, or even as a general perspective revitalizer. My favorites are conceptual museums, and tours with an essence of culture or history, but surely anyone can find their own fields of interest. 

This time I chose to share a biohacking tip, more than a sleep-tip, as I believe it’s all part of the same thing, just from different perspectives. Independent thinking, consciousness development, thriving and exploring are part of the journey.
